Threshold runs, training aimed towards endurance running events for all levels – this is a great one for marathoners. We’ll speak to the value of the threshold run, help you determine what your threshold pace is and how to use these runs to improve your fitness and times. Expect to run 45-60 minutes, and bring a notebook.
