The group of poses known as arm balances bring up all kinds of emotions for people. fear, insecurity, frustration, fear. Did we mention that one yet? In this class we will work with these poses to look fear in the face. Learning how to go upside down can be a very empowering experience for everyone. We will work on handstands against the wall and in the middle of the room, depending on your level of comfort. In this class, anyone who wants to do a handstand will. We will cover many arm balances, from the more simple “baby” balances, to the more advanced full arm balances. This class promises to be fun and an opportunity to conquer some fears and let them go.
