Step off the mat and onto a floating studio! Together, we will practice in rhythm with the water and flow through yoga poses on our BOGA Yoga PaddleBoards. The principle is simple: finding your symmetry and balance in order to go fully into the postures. Plus, enjoy outdoors while you flow! Basic stand up paddle instruction will be given at the beginning of class, but don't worry -- the learning curve is quick. Your senses will be heightened as you find your alignment in complete connection with nature. The best part of the class? Being in Savasana with your fingers dangling in the water...there is NOTHING like this feeling of bliss!
