Start today with Aerial Yoga. We start with a simple breathing excercises then we do a gentle standing warmup in the hammock. You will move every joint and warm your body up for the rest of your Wanderlust day. The inverted poses will make your brain fire extremely fast today. You will be alert, clear thinking and happy! Then we are off to warm up your muscles. Your calves, your thighs, your glutes. Next come the abs! We finish you off with some upper body conditioning that will help sculpt your lats like no others. There is a reward too! You will get to lie down in the cozy hammock and take a nap before it's time for breakfast!
