A light-hearted vinyasa flow class, focusing on length, strength and balance, using the instability of the board to show us, in a new way, how to engage our core and little stabilizer muscles. This class is open to all levels of students, and while although it is not necessary to have SUP or yoga experience, it is highly recommended to have done at least one of the two. We will also take a short amount of time at the beginning of the session to go over basic paddle technique, to ensure everyone is comfortable on the water.

I am Sarah Callaham, and I am inspired by YOU! Yes, You. Every single one of You. From the young and graceful, yogi, handstand masters; to the 55+ water aerobics class lovers; all the way to the amateur athletes. And I am especially inspired by those you who are new to being active, coming back from an injury, or have taken an extended vacation from gym. You are the ones who inspire me most. I see the commitment, desire, dedication, and drive that fuels you to get healthy, to get strong, and I am at a loss for words. I know that if you can work that hard, I owe it to you to not waste the ability that I have within my own body. I have always been a strong believer in challenging your body in new ways, because we can. We should never take for granted the gifts that we have within ourselves, no matter what they are. | | I have been dealing with chronic joint pain since I was 11 years old. For 10 years I just kept pushing, hoping that one day it would get better and that I would be able to accomplish my athletic dreams. It wasn't until I was at my ropes end and found Pilates which opened the door for me to an entirely new way of life, not only pain free, but also one that was healthier for my mind, body, spirit. From there I fell in love with yoga, stand-up paddling, rock climbing, as well as started eating a more conscious diet.
