Kula Flow: Alignment Geeks Like to Schvitz Too

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Kula Flow is vinyasa NYC style: Intense and highly creative, with an emphasis in intelligent alignment. This is a practice for serious vinyasa heads, as you will be pushed to your edge and visit places you may only have seen in Light on Yoga. Expect a well-rounded class with an emphasis on back bending, inversions and a mash-up of the two. You'll get plenty of breath instruction and alignment information (at Kula we think that anatomy geeks can flow too). And I’ll try to leave room for a sweet restorative posture or 2 at the end - you'll deserve it.
