We will use the aerial hammock at varying heights to magnify the effects of traditional restorative yoga postures. The hammock offers many opportunities for lymphatic flush and myofascial release The course will include aerial restorative postures with and without the use of props. The gentle swaying movement queues your nervous system to rest, restore and renew! Release the body and the mind.

Wendi Lynch has been teaching Aerial Yoga since 2010. She has developed her own method, Leva Aerial Yoga, which transforms the aerial hammock into a vertical yoga mat. Practicing while primarily suspended allows the hammock to become an extension of the body rather than a mere prop.
