Form, drills, goal- and pace-setting for runners of all levels. This class will include technical running form lessons and drills, and then speak to selecting a goal and a goal pace or time to motivate and improve your running. Expect to run do drills, stretching, strength, run 45 minutes, and please bring a notebook.
