The Next Step In Slackline Yoga

There are over 80 asanas that the YogaSlackers have adapted to the slackline. Learning how to effectively move between the static poses will help you to grow and deepen your practice. This class will focus on the development of seamless transitions while balancing on the line. Think of it, as the working of a vinyasa slackline yoga class, where breath and movement are combined. PRE-REQUISITES: Slackline Yoga Fundamentals Class or 3 month slackline experience
